Is the site visit really free?
Yes. No travel charge, no survey fee. We visit, measure, and quote at no cost — and there's no obligation to proceed.
How quickly can you start?
Typically 2–4 weeks from quote acceptance, depending on the time of year. We'll give you a confirmed start date in writing before you commit.
Do you require a deposit?
We ask for 25% on acceptance to secure your slot in the schedule, with the balance due on completion. We never ask for payment in full upfront.
Are your quotes fixed-price?
Yes. The price in the quote is the price you pay, unless the scope of work changes. If we find anything unexpected on the day, we'll always ask before doing anything that adds to the cost.
