The housing mix is genuinely varied: 1930s semis on the older residential roads, modern estates pushing out towards Pinchbeck and Weston, and older terraced streets around the town centre. We regularly replace cracked concrete on the semis, lay resin on the newer builds, and tackle split-level gardens on some of the more character-filled town-centre properties.
